Delivery Updates
- With snowfall in parts of the UK, the coronavirus pandemic and unprecedented online demand, some orders may not be possible to deliver the next day, we apologise for any inconvenience
- Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic, our cut off for next day delivery of parcels is 3pm. Our cut off for next day delivery of pallets is 5pm.
- Any orders made after 3pm(Parcel)/5pm(Pallet) on Thursday 26th November, Friday 27th November & Monday 30th November will be on 48-hour delivery.
- Due to the current coronavirus situation, we’re no longer able to offer AM or Saturday deliveries for the foreseeable future.
This is because of high demand on our haulier partners, you will still receive your text updates from our courier partners. We’re continuing to assess this situation and hope to return to our usual next day delivery service as soon as possible.

You’re welcome to place your order online 24/7 and it will be processed and dispatched by our teams as soon as possible.
