Fit from below two channel aluminium spreader plate system is designed to be installed from underneath existing floor boards or floor deck where underfloor heating is required.

Fit from below with 2 pipe channels set at 150mm spacing these spreader plates securely hold the UFH pipes flush against the underside of the flooring deck between the joists.

Can be used with a J Shape plate for 3 pipe runs per bay

Ideal for use with heat pumps where closer pipe centres are required.

Highly conductive 500 micron thick aluminium, these plates rapidly transfer heat through the floor deck into the room above, efficiently and effectively. The plates are exceptionally light, fast to install and offer a food heat output and response time.  
  • 150mm pipe spacing x 1000mm long spreader
  • 2 pipe channel at 150mm pipe spacing - high ouutput
  • suitable for new build, extensions and renovation projects
  • no height build-up, sits under floor board within the floor structure
  • Can be run 2 plates per 400mm joist spacing giving 4 pipe runs per bay, or 3 plates giving 6 pipe runs at 600mm wide joist centres

Fit from below spreaders off a highly flexible solution that can be installed in existing suspended timber floors from below or after the deck has been laid. The plates are screwed to the underside of the floor for a quick and secure installation. Spreader plates are manufactured from high grade 500 micron thick aluminium ensuring the spreader plates hold the pipe securely in position.   Ideal for use with heat pumps where closer pipe centres are required.
