Refund policy

8. RETURNS
Wunda have a 28 Days Returns Policy the details of which are listed below.

8.1(a) Before returning any goods a returns number must be obtained from Wunda and must be quoted in all communications for their return.  WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED PRODUCTS WITHOUT A RETURNS FORM

(b) Orders cancelled before 14 days from day of delivery will receive a full refund, providing the return complies with 8.1 (e).

(c) Orders cancelled after 14 days and up to 28 days from day of delivery will receive a credit note, providing the return complies with 8.1(e) below.  The return will also incur a 20% restocking fee.  Please Note: Orders cannot be cancelled after 28 days.

(d) To receive the refund/credit note, returns must be received by Wunda within 14 days of the date the return has been agreed.

(e) To receive the refund/credit note, returned goods must be in original, complete and saleable condition with NO LABELS stuck on them and suitable packaging used for their transport along with the returns form.

(f) The goods should be returned to the address on the returns form obtained from Wunda customer support.

(g) The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to Wunda unless the products are faulty or were not as described.

(h) All refunds requested after the 14 day statutory cancellation period, are at the total discretion of Wunda.

8.2 Faulty Goods – In the unfortunate event a product develops a fault, please contact Wunda customer support on Tel No: 01291 634145 or email techsupport@wundagroup.com.  If the goods are found to be faulty we will arrange a replacement immediately.  Whilst we try to ascertain if the goods are faulty over the phone you may need to return the goods for further inspection before a replacement can be sent out or a refund issued.
